Lana Del Rey Is Engaged
The singer is tying the knot with manager Evan Winiker.
Hopeless romantic Lana Del Rey is engaged as the “Summertime Sadness” singer is saying “I do” to her boyfriend and music manager Evan Winiker, according to Billboard.
Winiker is reportedly a managing partner at Range Media and is also a musician, as a former member of Steel Train and having toured with Tegan and Sara, Ben Folds and The Fray. The enigmatic songstress has kept her relationship understandably private, but the soon-to-be married couple were spotted out in public several times over the past few months as fans got to take pictures with the manic pixie dream girl herself in California as she dined at Pappy and Harriet’s restaurant earlier this month.
It seems like it’s a match made in music heaven as Jack Antonoff, his former Steel Train bandmate, collaborated with Del Rey on her latest Did You Know There’s a Tunnel Under Ocean Blvd. While Lana’s lyrics often tell tales of heartbreak and torrid love affairs, at Billboard’s 2023 Women in Music ceremony, she admitted, “I feel like being happy is the ultimate goal. So I did it.”
We couldn’t be happier for her.
