Known for making a statement on the red carpet with the brand, actor Florence Pugh is Valentino‘s newest DI.VA, embodying the brand’s commitment to different values in its new campaign, shot by Steven Meisel.
Tapping into her distinctive creative process, the campaign sees Pugh demonstrating an “encyclopedia of feelings,” showcasing her power to express different characters whilst remaining uniquely her. Continuing to embrace her values of authenticity and non-conformity, the campaign demonstrates Pugh’s ability to shape-shift and bring ideas to life, transforming signature Valentino silhouettes into newness.
Working alongside Meisel, Pugh embraces multiple states of being through crying, screaming and laughing, resulting in a series of poignant portraits that demonstrate different emotions. Highlighting the brand’s new Garavani Rockstud23 bag, the campaign celebrates its pyramid-shaped studs and punk-infused design through minimal backdrops which exaggerate the silhouette’s vibrant pink and silver colorways.
