What BLACKPINK Wore to Perform at Coachella
We’ve got the lowdown on your favorite K-pop group’s festival style.
Coachella has officially come and gone and we’re left in a jealous haze still desperately trying to process the surprise performances (we’re looking at you, Zendaya), headline appearances and dazzling outfits. One thing we can guarantee we’ll never forget though is BLACKPINK’s monumental headline slot which took place across both of the festival’s impressive weekend line-ups.
“What the f-ck are we doing? We are headlining Coachella. Can you believe this? […] This is absolutely a dream come true for us… us girls who worked really hard all the way from Korea,” said BLACKPINK‘s Rose during the group’s incredible performance.
Aside from making actual history as the first-ever K-pop headliners, the vibrant group left a pretty big mark in terms of their fashion choices, sporting custom looks and a slew of our favorite brands on stage. For weekend one, Lisa was seen wearing UK it-girl brand POSTER GIRL, donning the label’s signature Daisy bodysuit.
For weekend two, the girls stepped out in custom David Koma, wearing looks inspired by the brand’s recent Spring/Summer 2023 collection which featured motocross-inspired jackets, beaded skirts and cutout dresses in a black, white and silver color palette. During another performance, Jisoo was photographed in custom Jimmy Choo boots to match the group’s all-pink ensemble — custom-made by Mugler‘s Casey Cadwallader.
