Step Onto the Court With the New Lacoste x Sporty & Rich Collection
Marking the sportswear duo’s first-ever team-up.
Sporty & Rich has teamed up with Lacoste for the first time ever, resulting in a 22-piece capsule collection that draws inspiration from the brands’ shared love of tennis.
Aiming to transport you to a fantasy French Riviera, the collection comprises traditional tennis silhouettes with contemporary design details, packaged up in a dreamy pastel color palette. Taking cues from archival Lacoste pieces from the 1970s and ’80s, the collection offers a meeting point between the realms of vintage and modern-day.
Designed with a new, collaborative logo reminiscent of private tennis clubs, the collection exudes an androgynous energy, merging feminine color palettes with sporty silhouettes, including two-toned tracksuits, oversized sweatshirts and loose polo shirts paired with short pleated skirts, jumpsuits and crop tops.
Finding a balance between city and court, feminine and masculine and movement and comfort, the collection plays on Sporty & Rich’s slogan of “Play tennis, get lots of sleep, drink plenty of water,” which features emblazoned across sweatshirts in the collection. Accompanied by a campaign lensed by Quentin de Briey on the French Riviera, the collaboration merges effortless south of France glamor with casual silhouettes and comfort.
