You Have To See The Marías' New 'Submarine' Merch

Now available.

Following the success of their second studio albumSubmarine, The Marías collaborate with sports brand Kappa.

“We’ve all been huge football fans our entire lives,” lead singer María Zardoya opened. “Some of my favorite memories with my dad were watching games together on the weekends. I’d be savoring tamales sitting next to my dad just waiting for the moment he’d spring up and scream ‘goooooool!’”

The new collaboration features special edition jerseys designed by Zardoya, Ted Philipakos and The Marías drummer, Josh Conway. “Designing our own football jersey was a way for us to commemorate our love for the sport and the moments it brought us all together,” Zardoya continued.

Playing into the love of soccer, the drop features two special jerseys: a white away team jersey and a black home team jersey.

“Kappa was the official sponsor of my favorite soccer team, Tottenham Hotspur, in the ’00s, so seeing their logo always brought back memories of watching matches as a kid. I never imagined that years later, I’d be designing my own jerseys with them,” Josh Conway closed.

Shop now on The Marías website for $120 USD.
