A$AP Rocky is set to star in a new A24 movie. Here’s what we know.
Between The Smurfs movie and endless campaigns, the Fenty family is booked and busy. Their latest move continues their movie era with rapper A$AP Rocky starring in the upcoming movie, If I Had Legs I’d Kick You.
“A$AP Rocky doing side quests now,” one fan commented on the YouTube video. The A24 movie is set to premiere on October 10, 2025, with the Harlem-born artist starring as the neighborhood finesser who pops up amidst the main character’s crash outs. Another fan commented, “A$AP Rocky doing EVERYTHING except dropping the album at this point.”
The cast also features Rose Byrne, Conan O’Brien, Danielle Macdonald and A$AP Rocky, with many already commenting that O’Brien will earn an Oscar for this role. “Conan enters the Oscar race,” another commented.
The film, directed by Mary Bronstein, reads: “With her life crashing down around her, Linda (played by Byrne) attempts to navigate her child’s mysterious illness, her absent husband, a missing person and an increasingly hostile relationship with her therapist.”
