Versace and Onitsuka Tiger Officially Launch the TAI-CHI Sakura
First teased on the runway in Milan.
Onitsuka Tiger‘s new Versace collaboration was first teased, as all good ones are, on the runway during the Spring/Summer 2026 fashion week season. Designed to “celebrate the body in motion,” the new collaboration focuses on the TAI-CHI sneaker silhouette, resulting in the all-new TAI-CHI Sakura.
Landing in both suede and nappa leather iterations, the new sneaker is available in both pastel tones and classic colorways, including pink, black and brown, black and yellow and metallic silver. Boasting a low-top design, the supple sneaker reimagines the brand’s signature tai-chi kicks, blending Versace’s luxury vision with Onitsuka Tiger’s Japanese precision.
To celebrate the launch, Frank Lebon captured the silhouette in a dynamic new campaign favoring movement, self-expression and physical power.
