These Millennial Pink Kappa Logo Slides Are '90s in the Best Way

Inspired by tearaway track pants.

The ’90s resurgence was a key trend last year and it appears as though it’s only going to get stronger in 2018, which is great news for cozy girls worldwide. It’s brought with it the revival of iconic brands from the era, like FILA and Kappa, both of whom have reinterpreted some of their classic styles for the modern day consumer and these millennial pink pool slides are the perfect example of that.

The entirely light pink slides have casual, flat sole with the brand’s trademark logo tape appearing right across the footbed in black and white. Across the midfoot there’s a single wide strap that boasts Kappa’s instantly-recognizable “Omini” logo in white and for the ultimate ’90s look, there are even imitation popper buttons adorning the side of the strap as a nod to those tearaway track pants. Completing the look is a flash of stark black splicing through the rosy midsole.

If you’re looking for more retro sportswear pieces, then this tearaway jacket and Popmeister bumbag may be to your liking, and there’s good news for stateside Kappa aficionados, too, as the Italian sportswear brand recently announced the opening of its U.S. web store.

You can shop the Kappa Lapush 2 Authentic slides at Schuh for £20 GBP (approx. $28 USD). For more pink slip-ons, check out these dusky pink adidas Adilette goodies.
