Street Style at Stockholm Fashion Week SS19 Was Filled with Bold Prints and Colors
The Scandinavian city goes logo-free.
Following up to Oslo Runway where eye-catching patterns were front and centre, we now take a look at some of the best street style looks from Stockholm Fashion Week Spring/Summer 2019. Similar to what we’ve seen so far from the rest of the Scandinavian destinations, logos have been scarce, with attendees opting to show their individuality through bold prints and vibrant colors instead. As we can see from our Stockholm streetsnaps, color-blocking is a popular look, as well as tailored looks that are delicately contrasted by flowing fabrics.
Accessories also take the spotlight here, with plenty of notable outfits accented with statement sunglasses and chic clutches. Among the looks, we see handbags from Burberry – that include both a fanny pack and its minimal pin clutch – as well as a Balenciaga bum bag. Of course, the recently revived Dior vintage saddle bag also makes a standout appearance. Unsurprisingly, we also see a selection of streetwear pieces from the likes of Supreme, MISBHV, Vans and GANNI.
You can view all of our favorite street style snaps in the gallery above, and can see more coverage from Copenhagen Fashion Week here. Stay tuned as we continue our coverage of Fashion Week events in the coming months ahead.
