Barbie and GoFundMe Team up to Help Close the "Dream Gap" Project
An initiative that aims to give girls the resources and support they need to achieve their dreams.
Earlier this month, Barbie announced its partnership with GoFundMe and other non-profit organizations to help close its Dream Gap Project. In addition to the collaboration, the doll brand has also released a special Judge Barbie to inspire girls around the world to explore judicial careers.
Initiated back in October 2018, the Dream Gap Project was launched to give girls the resources and support they need to continue their dreams. Non-profit organizations like She’s the First, She Should Run and Step Up are all dedicated to the cause which you can now make donations to. Barbie has already pledged $250,000 USD through the Mattel Children’s Foundation in March.
To get involved and take part, head on over to GoFundMe’s website. The Judge Barbie dolls retail for $12.99 USD each which you can now purchase on Barbie.com.
