Whether you believe it or not, the last week of August is here, meaning it’s time to shop for the fall and winter seasons. Our BAE Bulletin this week has us excited for the chillier time of the year with some streetwear drops.
Nike and Levi’s have teamed up for a new denim sneaker capsule, while Converse is delivering a leopard-print iteration of its Jack Purcell silhouette with Japanese retailer BILLY’s. Also hitting shelves this week is HUMAN MADE‘s collaboration with Girls Don’t Cry featuring a range of staples like tees and hoodies, as well as an all-new women’s exclusive adidas silhouette with unique detailing, followed by a collaboration with AriZona Ice Tea for some footwear.

Levi’s x Nike Air Force 1 High “Pink” & Air Force 1 Low “Indigo”

Nike has teamed up with Levi’s for a new sneaker capsule featuring the Air Force 1 Low and High silhouettes, as well as the Air Max 90. While details on the latter have not been revealed just yet, the AF1 designs are constructed using Levi’s fall-friendly fabrics and trims such as leather, denim and corduroy. Levi’s branding is printed throughout both the AF1 Low which comes in “Indigo” and AF1 High in “Pink.”
BILLY’S x Converse Jack Purcell “Blend”
Release Date: August 30
Release Price: ¥11,000 JPY (approximately $100 USD), available at BILLY’S Shibuya store.
BILLY’s and Converse have come together to recreate the Jack Purcell into a cozy design featuring fabrics and patterns like corduroy, suede and animal print. The classic low-top pair arrive with asymmetrical panels, while the signature Purcell “smile” is placed at the toe cap in navy blue.
Girls Don’t Cry x HUMAN MADE
Release Date: August 31, 11 a.m. JST
Release Price: ¥800 JPY (approximately $7.50 USD) to ¥29,800 JPY (approximately $280 USD), available exclusively at HUMAN MADE’s 1928 Kyoto store.
Verdy‘s Girls Don’t Cry and NIGO’s HUMAN MADE are offering a range of streetwear staples ranging from white T-shirts and hoodies to accessories like socks, phone cases and keychains. The two labels’ logos can be found throughout, with the signature Girls Don’t Cry-style font.
adidas Originals Stan Smith Buckle
Release Date: September 1, 3 a.m. EST
Release Price: $120 USD, available at adidas Originals’ online store.
A never-seen-before iteration of adidas’ classic Stan Smiths will be arriving exclusively with women’s sizing. Arriving in all-white, a dual-buckle closure replaces the shoelaces while a sheet of “Running White” leather wraps over the shoe. You can cop this style if you’re a fan of minimalist looks.
adidas Originals by AriZona Continental Vulc & Adilette slides

Release Price: $35 USD (Adilette slides) and $90 USD (Continental Vulc), available at adidas’ web store.
Following an earlier collaboration for the 99-Cent sneakers last month, adidas has teamed up with AriZona Ice Tea once again for the popular Adilette slides and Continental Vulc shoes. Arriving in men’s, women’s and kids sizing, the designs are available in a wide range of colorways like black, white, green, pink, red and orange. AriZona’s signature floral graphics and geometric prints are added to the shoes.
