OAMC and adidas Originals Unveil a New Silhouette Dubbed "Type O-1"
Arriving in three monochromatic colorways.
Luke Meier‘s Paris-Milan-based brand OAMC has just unveiled a new sneaker in collaboration with adidas Originals. Dubbed “Type O-1,” the new silhouette is set to arrive in three monochromatic colorways: “Off-White,” “Flesh” and “Medical Green.”
The shoe has been incorporated with bold rubber overlays, a sturdy lacing system and forefoot straps providing extra comfort. Its futuristic design takes inspiration from the Supercourt RX’s outsole and resembles technical mountaineering footwear. As for the upper, it has been reported that the new pair will either debut in the Type O-1L version with premium leather or the Type O-1S in premium suede. Both upper styles are integrated with textured rubber, zig-zag stitching, compression mesh and translucent outsoles.
The Type O-1L in “Off-White” and the Type O-1S in “Flesh” will release worldwide on September 27, while the Type O-1S in “Medical Green” will launch exclusively at OAMC’s website and UNION.
In the meantime, here’s where to cop the Fucking Awesome x adidas Originals Stan Smith pack.
