Issa Rae Announces Premiere Date of 'Insecure' Season 4

Watch Rae’s hilarious teaser here.

Actor, producer and director Issa Rae took to Instagram to announce the return of her hit television show, Insecure, to HBO. The series, which originally aired in 2016 and has garnered nominations from the Golden Globes and Emmys, will enter its fourth season this year.

A short teaser video shows Rae, who both stars in and produces the series, feeling anything but insecure in front of a full-length mirror. Rae’s comedic charm is put to work as she performs a spitfire rap, only to be interrupted when her skirt rips.
