Sustainable Haircare Brand Ceremonia Celebrates the Richness of Latinx Culture

The label’s first product, Aceite de Moska, is now available for pre-order.

Founded by Swedish-Latina Babba C. Rivera, Ceremonia is a new sustainable haircare brand dedicated to serving the next generation of the Latinx community. In celebration of its launch, the label has unveiled its debut product called Aceite de Moska, which is a miracle scalp oil that provides various hair wellness benefits.

“Ceremonia was born out of the desire to celebrate the richness of Latin culture, while highlighting the next-generation of Latinx,” said Rivera in a press release. “Inspired by the rituals I grew up with, I want to empower a new-age perspective to haircare for all, leading the way towards a more sustainable beauty future. I believe hair wellness truly is the secret to unlocking our best hair days, through formulas that are good for us and the environment.”

Formulated with Latin-American-sourced natural ingredients, the hair oil delivers ultimate scalp health for hair repair, conditioning, growth and shine, without frizz. Key ingredients include Brazillian pataua oil, aloe vera and castor oil that all work together to condition and soothe the hair, as well as reduce flakiness. Take a look at the product’s campaign shoot in the gallery above.

Ceremonia’s Aceite de Moska retails for $25 USD and is now available to pre-order online.
