Megan Thee Stallion Launches Scholarship Fund for Women of Color
Recipients of the scholarship will be awarded $10,000 USD.
Megan Thee Stallion is giving back to the community with the launch of her “Don’t Stop” Scholarship Fund.
Announced on Thursday, the fund is a celebration of the Houston rapper’s latest single featuring Young Thug and honors young women that are striving for an education. A Health Care Administration major studying at Texas Southern University herself, Megan continues to be an advocate for women attending college. With the “Don’t Stop” initiative, a partnership with Amazon Music’s Rap Rotation, the 25-year-old star hopes to support female students of color who are disproportionately disadvantaged in their access to financial resources.
Now open for application online, the scholarship will award two women of color $10,000 USD each to pursue an Associates, Bachelors or Postgraduate Degree in any field of study. Head to the fund’s official website for more information.
