Polar Bears, Penguins, Sloths and More Take Center Stage in Pangaia's Latest Release

Designed by independent art collective, We Are Hairy People, and made using leftover stock.

Having released collections supporting the Amazon rainforest and the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals, Pangaia is continuing its eco-conscious initiative with another team-up featuring We Are Hairy People, a group of independent artists who work according to their individual physical and mental needs. The brand has commissioned the collective to create a capsule collection of animal-themed garments made from unsold stock.

Building on their message to consume more mindfully, the duo is introducing six styles of hoodies dressed in various shades of blue and green. Pangaia’s signature message on the chest is adorned with a selection of wildlife animals, including a polar bear, sloth, whale and penguins. The same theme is followed on crewneck sweaters and T-shirts.

Each piece is crafted with the brand’s sustainable technology that minimizes environmental harm throughout the production process. “By introducing these innovations, we design materials, products and experiences for everyday and everyone,” the label shares.

See the full range in the gallery above. We Are Hairy People x Pangaia’s capsule range is available now online.
