Aleali May Teams up With Martine Ali for Her First-Ever Jewelry Collaboration

Bold, chain pieces for the perfect street style look.

Revealed over this past weekend at Paris Fashion Week, Aleali May takes to Instagram for a closer look at her first-ever collaboration, created in tandem with jewelry designer, Martine Ali. Wearing various pieces to the Rick Owens show, the multi-hyphenate is seen donning earrings, a belt chain and an exclusive iteration of the brand’s beloved cage bag.

True to Martine Ali’s aesthetic, the pieces highlight bold chain designs that are perfect as statement pieces to finish any street style look. For one of the earrings, we see what appears to be a silver hoop constructed with Old English letters – perhaps an “A” and an “M” to represent May’s initials, which coincidentally also align with the jewelry designer’s. Hanging from the hoop is a delicate chain that holds a small silver key in place.

As for the belt chain, it seems to be rendered with interlocking pieces that closely resemble chainmail. The same pattern is then also used for the shoulder strap of the cage bag. The body of the bag itself at first appears to be a boxy rectangular shape from its profile. However, upon closer inspection, the accessory bears more of a tent-like shape, which yields a wider base.

Although it is yet unclear whether there are more pieces in the capsule collection, stay tuned here as we find out more. You can take a closer look at the collaborative pieces in the announcement posts below.
