ASICS Taps Australian Boutique Retailer Above The Clouds for New GEL-1090 Sneakers

Following a coveted partnership with Rokh, ASICS has now joined forces with Australian retailer Above The Clouds for a new iteration of its GEL-1090 silhouette. Marking their first collaboration ever, the shoe is designed with a focus on ASICS’ brand philosophy while celebrating the boutique store’s 10-year anniversary.
Arriving with a clean off-white mesh upper, the sneaker is accentuated with blue highlights throughout the entire design, including ASICS branding on the tongue and “1090” labeling at the midsole. The shoe sports suede material at the heel, with Above The Clouds’ logo embroidered atop.

The new kicks are slated to arrive on March 28 exclusively at the Australian retailer, followed by a later release at stockists such as END., KITH, Dover Street Market and Sneakersnstuff on April 4.
