Moving into mid-March, we’re seeing a number of spring- and summer-friendly footwear releases including new sandals from Balenciaga and Proenza Schouler x Birkenstock. In our latest BAE Bulletin, we’re highlighting some of the best drops to look forward to this week.
In addition to Balenciaga’s Track.2-inspired sandals and Birkenstock’s collaboration with Proenza Schouler, in the footwear category, Nike is releasing a collaborative Air Max 90 with UNDEFEATED. For its upcoming sneaker drop, Converse has introduced a new CX technology that offers extra cushioning and comfort for wearers.
In the realm of makeup, KKW Beauty is releasing a new collection of eyeshadow palettes and lip glosses arriving in neutral and earth tones.

UNDEFEATED x Nike Air Max 90 “Black”
Release Date: March 19 at 10 a.m. EST

Nike and UNDEFEATED have unveiled a new iteration of the Air Max 90 dressed in “Black.” The tonal shoe features reconstructed paneling throughout, complete with a new selection of fabric. UNDEFEATED’s Strike logo is placed at the tongue, while the Swoosh arrives in an elongated shape. Following this release, there will be two more additions to the collaborative range.
Converse All Star Disrupt CX, Chuck Taylor Disrupt CX and Chuck Taylor All Star CX

Converse has taken another step in developing technology for its footwear with the most recent CX innovation. The new toolkit is centered around three main elements: the CX stretch canvas, CX foam and a new outsole design. These components are added to a lineup of three footwear including the All Star Disrupt CX, Chuck Taylor Disrupt CX and Chuck Taylor All Star CX for added flexibility and durability.
Balenciaga Track Sandals

With the warmer season ahead, Balenciaga added a new take on its popular Track.2 sneakers, this time with an open-toe sandal iteration in black and white colorways. Arriving in a chunky design just like the original sneaker, the shoe is finished off with two VELCRO® straps and logo branding placed at the toe and heel.
KKW Beauty Nude Glosses & Classic II Eyeshadow Palette

Kim Kardashian has added a set of new makeup products to her KKW Beauty collection, including a Classic II eyeshadow palette and nude lip glosses. The palette arrives with 10 neutral and earth tones in matte and shimmer finishes, while the lip products will be available in 11 different colors. Proenza Schouler x Birkenstock Arizona & Milano

Proenza Schouler has joined forces with Birkenstock for a range of unisex sandals. Utilizing the German footwear label’s classic silhouettes Arizona and Milano, the New York-based brand has created six new designs in shades including black, white, mustard yellow and metallic silver.
