Here's a Closer Look at the HUMAN MADE x adidas Originals Superstar 80s Collab

Featuring three new takes on the Superstar 80s.

UPDATE (April 16, 2020): Earlier this month, NIGO took to Instagram to tease another collaboration with adidas Originals. In anticipation of the upcoming global drop, we take a closer look at HUMAN MADE‘s trio of Superstar 80s.

The sneaker arrives in three classic colorways such as a white upper with black accents, a black upper with white accents and an all-white iteration. All three pairs feature the Japanese fashion brand’s signature red heart on the heel. Additionally, the phrase “GEARS FOR FUTURISTIC TEENAGERS” appears across the Three Stripes on the lateral and medial sides of the shoe. Rounding out the design is the sportswear label’s branding found on the tongue in gold foil material.

The HUMAN MADE x adidas Originals Superstar 80s trio retails for $140 USD each and will release globally on April 24 via stockists like HBX. However, if you can’t wait to get your hands on a pair, the collaboration is now available on HUMAN MADE’s website.

ORIGINAL STORY (April 7, 2020): Following the previous Stan Smith release, HUMAN MADE has once again teamed up with the sportswear giant adidas Originals for another collaboration. Teased by NIGO himself on Instagram, the range will feature an exclusive pre-release of the special collaboration, and another post revealed that the partnership will also see the SUPERSTAR 80S HUMAN MADE in three colorways.

The HUMAN MADE x adidas Originals collaboration will hit online stores on April 12 following the exclusive pre-release on April 10, and peep the teasers in the posts below.
