Featuring Ibtihaj Muhammad, Bozoma Saint John, Opal Tometi and more.

Disruptors Bozoma Saint John, Luvvie Ajayi Jones, Glennon Doyle and Stacey Bendet have unveiled their #ShareTheMicNow social media campaign in honor of the Black Lives Matter movement. The Instagram initiative will involve 46 Black women taking over the accounts of 46 White women with a large following in order to magnify their voices and stories in light of the U.S.‘ current situation.

The aim of this initiative is to form and strengthen relationships among Black and White women, as well as create a network of disruptors who can rely on each other moving forward. Among the takeovers, Black Lives Matter’s Co-Founder Opal Tometi will team up with Ashley Graham; fashion and beauty editor Kahlana Barfield Brown will team up with Julia Roberts; William Morris Endeavor‘s CMO Saint John will team up with Kourtney Kardashian; Olympic athlete Ibtihaj Muhammad will team up with Alex Morgan; Cosmopolitan‘s Beauty Director Julee Wilson will take over Bendet’s alice + olivia account and more.
