Jordan Brand to Drop Sustainable "Crater" Collection
Featuring the Air Jordan 1 Zoom High, Jordan Crater and Jordan Crater Slide.
As part of its “Move to Zero” sustainable initiative, Jordan Brand is set to drop the “Crater” collection consisting of reworked Nike silhouettes. Featuring clean and minimalist craftsmanship, the range includes the Air Jordan 1 Zoom High, Jordan Crater and Jordan Crater Slide.
The AJ1 is equipped with Zoom Air cushioning and comes in a synthetic suede build. The Crater features an asymmetrical lacing and strapping system, while the slides sport traditional VELCRO® straps. All three pairs boast the same black and gray colorway, along with hints of “Varsity Red” and multi-colored specks throughout. The uppers have been constructed out of canvas-style fabric, while other parts are made out of mechanically-recycled polyester and 100 percent recycled nylon.
