UNIQLO UT Prints Keith Haring's Mickey Mouse Artwork Onto Tees and Sweatshirts
Comfy ‘fits sporting vibrant hues.
Following buzzy collaborations with names like Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba and Jean-Michel Basquiat, UNIQLO UT has now teamed up with the Keith Haring Foundation once again for a range of tees and crewnecks. The items feature graphics of Mickey Mouse, one of the key inspirations to the late artist’s iconic works that highlighted the New York art scene.
As a child, Haring was heavily influenced by Walt Disney, Dr. Seuss and Bugs Bunny leading up to his pop art drawings that feature his signature thick black outlines and vibrant colors. This was highlighted in works like Andy Mouse, a whimsical portrait of Andy Warhol, along with numerous other untitled pieces. The prints have now been transferred onto UNIQLO‘s tees in hues ranging from black and white, to brown, beige, yellow, blue and more. The artist’s iconic faceless figures are pictured holding up a television with Mickey Mouse on the screen, while more designs arrive with text reading, “I’m all ears” and “Playin’ it cool.” Rounding off the lineup are a set of cozy sweatshirts perfect for the fall and winter seasons.
Available in size options for both kids and adults, the Keith Haring x UNIQLO UT collection is available now via the apparel brand’s online store and offline locations with prices ranging from $9.90 USD to $29.90 USD.
