adidas Originals' Stan Smith Pays Tribute to Yoda From 'Star Wars'

Surprisingly not dropping on May the 4th.

Following its team-up with Disney and Kermit the Frog, adidas is now set to release another rework of its sustainable Stan Smiths featuring one of Star Wars‘ iconic characters, Yoda. The upcoming silhouette is the latest addition to the sportswear label’s “Stan Smith, Forever” series.

Arriving in a clean white colorway, the shoe comes with hints of pickle green on the heel and tongue, which both sport graphics of Yoda. Constructed out of adidas’ eco-friendly Primegreen material, the upper’s lateral is debossed with the Jedi Master’s famous words of wisdom in gold such as, “THERE IS NO TRY” and “DO OR DO NOT.” Take a closer look at the collaborative footwear style above.

Star Wars x adidas Originals’ Yoda-inspired Stan Smith retails for $120 USD and will be available on May 5 via adidas’ website and select stores worldwide.
