NIGO Announces HUMAN MADE x Blue Bottle Coffee Collaboration
Featuring the “FUTURE BLEND” along with co-branded merch.
Adding to his vast lineup of collaborations including face masks, NIGO has now dropped his latest team-up with Californian roaster Blue Bottle Coffee for his label HUMAN MADE. Designed for streetwear and coffee aficionados, the partnership features a special coffee blend in addition to co-branded merch.
The news was initially revealed via the Japanese designer’s Instagram, where he shared a sneak peek of the new coffee dubbed “FUTURE BLEND.” Keeping NIGO’s love for fruit-forward coffees in mind, the brew is a mix of beans from Ethiopia and Costa Rica to complete a rich flavor of jasmine, blueberry and caramel.
As for the accompanying capsule, the streetwear label has created a tee and cap. The former boasts a simple design with Blue Bottle’s logo printed at the front and HUMAN MADE’s heart motif on the left sleeve, while the back is emblazoned with “BLUE BOTTLE COFFEE SHIBUYA,” referencing NIGO’s go-to spot in Tokyo. The same theme is continued on the black hat.
