Yara Shahidi x adidas Originals Reimagine the Campus and Boston Super X Marathon Kicks
The second and final drop of the duo’s collaboration.
Following their first drop last month, adidas Originals and Yara Shahidi are back with the second and final installment of their collaboration.
This time around, the duo has reworked the Campus and Boston Super X Marathon sneakers. The former silhouette takes inspiration from the actor’s Iranian and African-American heritage featuring a delicate floral pattern on the tonal upper, while the latter boasts a green suede and mesh upper along with matching yellow laces and stripes. Rounding off both pairs is the word “yar,” a derivation of Yara’s name that means “friend,” embroidered in Persian on the right tongue.
In apparel, styles include a green floral patterned satin jumpsuit, as well as a seersucker shirt and shorts set. Elsewhere, the classic adidas tracksuit has been reimagined with a green and yellow colorway. Meanwhile, the yellow velvet hoodie is printed with the phrase, “Who are we if not each other.”
