Hailey Bieber-Approved Brand GIABORGHINI Launches SS22 Collection

The Italian label unveils a new brand identity.

Known for its elevated designs, effortlessly cool Italian footwear brand GIABORGHINI rebrands for a new future. Launching her brand in 2016, Barbara Borghini sought out to share masterful craftsmanship and innovative creations with the world. Loved by celebrities like Hailey Bieber and Emily Ratajkowski, the women-owned label puts a fresh foot forward with a new visual identity, unveiling its Spring/Summer 2022 collection of luxurious shoes.

The brand continues its trusted relationship with fashion tastemaker Pernille Teisbaek, with her debuting her first collection for GIABORGHINI as a creative consultant. Reflecting on the new chapter, Teisbaek says in a press release, “We have so many projects in the pipeline for the future and having the new identity is just a perfect platform for our journey to continue.”

“Pernille is the perfect person to help guide the future evolution of GIABORGHINI. Since the beginning of our partnership, her focused way of working has taught me to approach each new project with a direct, concise vision. It was clear to all of us at GIA the value she could bring on a deeper level for brand development,” adds Borghini.

Teisbaek’s first collection features supple slides and architectural heels bathed in hues of rich “Coffee Brown,” vivid “Orchid Pink,” decadent “Butter Yellow” and “Cliff Green,” as well as ivory and black. Standouts include elegant puffy kitten heels with stitch detailing for a textural look, while chunky boots add a casual touch of edge to the range of shoes. Elsewhere, soft Nappa leather takes shape in fun, puffed thong slides for a cloud-like stroll.

GIABORGHINI’s new SS22 collection is available on the brand’s website.
