ORIGINAL STORY (November 25, 2022): Earlier this month, BTS member RM announced the release of his upcoming solo album Indigo. Just a week ahead of the drop, the K-pop musician shared the full tracklist featuring unexpected names.

Comprised of 10 tracks, Indigo features artists from both in and out of the K-pop scene. The list begins with “Yun” a song produced by RM himself with sounds from Erykah Badu. The musician is additionally teaming up with Anderson .Paak on “Still Life,” followed by “All Day” with rapper Tablo from Epik High. Other notable names on the tracklist include Mahalia and Paul Blanco on “Closer,” which is produced by HONNE — the English electronic music duo loved for their tracks “Day 1” and “no song without you.”

Aside from his upcoming album, RM is also working with Pharrell Williams on the Humanrance founder’s new record Phriends. Taking the cover of Rolling Stone together with the Korean star, Williams shared, “I’m actually talking about this way more than I’m supposed to, but it’s a song from my album that [BTS] sang and it’s amazing, and I’m super grateful.”

RM is the latest BTS member to release a solo project, following in the footsteps of Jin with “The Astronaut,” Jungkook with “Dreamers” for the 2022 FIFA World Cup, and J-Hope with Jack in the Box.

Indigo by RM drops on December 2.
