Emily Ratajkowski Collaborates With Superga on SS22 Collection
She redesigned two of the brand’s sneakers according to her style.
Emily Ratajkowski has partnered up with Superga to collaborate on the brand’s Spring/Summer 2022 campaign.
As Superga’s newest ambassador, Ratajkowski put a twist on two of her personal favorite sneakers and made them her own. She made tweaks to the brand’s 2750 and 2636 Alpina sneakers, which she dubbed 2750 Emrata and 2636 Alpina Emrata.
Of the collaboration with the Italian sneakers brand, the model said, “I love Superga and their timeless approach to sneakers. I’ve been wearing the brand for years so this collaboration felt completely natural to me.”
Besides the style, one thing Ratajkowski appreciates most about Sueperga is its commitment to sustainability. “Sustainability is extremely important,” she added. “I grew up in California and have been aware of environmental concerns, recycling and preserving water from a young age. I’ve seen the fashion industry make great strides to change the way they produce things and am constantly taking stock of how we could be improving within my own brand, Inamorata, as we work to be as eco-friendly as possible.”
The Ratajkowski-designed styles will release on April 22 and May 16, respectively.
