Jason Oppenheim Tears up Explaining How Chrishell Stause Breakup Was "Very Difficult"

The highly anticipated Selling Sunset reunion is finally premiering on Netflix on Friday, May 6. Ahead of the release, the streaming giant has offered fans a first look at the episode.
Hosted by Queer Eye‘s Tan France, the reunion features almost the entire cast except for Christine Quinn, who reportedly couldn’t attend due to testing positive for COVID-19. The two-minute clip highlights Jason Oppenheim being asked if his relationship with Christell Stause was “real.”
“I hesitate to answer that question because I don’t want to give it any credence. It’s like asking if the Earth is flat, it’s a stupid question to me,” he says to France. “I don’t feel the need to explain to people that a very meaningful relationship…,” Oppenheim adds but stops speaking to prevent himself from breaking down. “There’s a lot of sadness and loss. I think watching the show made it more difficult, it brought it back up,” Oppenheim continues with tears in his eyes. “It’s been a few months but I’m still just going through stuff, and I think there was a lot of love between us and there still is. This has been a very difficult breakup.”
