New Balance and size? Team Up for "420" Running Collection
Inspired by vintage athleisure.
New Balance has joined forces with U.K. retailer size? for an all-new footwear and apparel pack, inspired by the 420 silhouette.
Made up of seven key pieces, the collection boasts a versatile range of block-colored track pants, jackets, T-shirts and jumpers, all designed to become interchangeable wardrobe staples. The standout piece is the Icon 78 Jacket, drawing inspiration from an archival New Balance design from 1978. Reimagined in a vibrant blue and yellow colorway, the jacket pays tribute to ’70s athletic culture and New Balance’s running heritage.
Alongside the apparel, the signature New Balance 420 silhouette is reworked in matching blue and yellow colors and will arrive exclusively at size? locations and online. To celebrate the capsule’s release, size? is hosting an immersive installation in its Carnaby Street store in London, allowing visitors to project the campaign imagery onto its walls and place themselves inside vintage running scenes from the ’70s and ’80s.
