Fendi x Tiffany & Co. Craft Iconic Blue Baguette Handbags
A celebration of the purse’s 25th anniversary.
Fendi is celebrating the 25th anniversary of its iconic Baguette bag with the ultimate collaboration featuring Tiffany & Co. and the jeweler’s signature blue shade.
The capsule collection consists of four styles of the Baguette ranging from nano and pico versions to the medium size. Crafted in smooth leather, shiny croco leather with diamonds and silk satin, each handbag is entirely covered in the “Tiffany Blue” hue, while silver hardware completes the designs.
In addition to the range, Fendi and Tiffany & Co. have worked together on their “hand in hand” initiative and “Makers” workshop, respectively, to create an exclusive, one-of-a-kind Baguette in sterling silver. Made over a period of four months, the accessory features engravings of lilies and roses, which are the national flowers of Italy and New York State, respectively.
The Baguette, created in 1997 by Silvia Venturini Fendi, has become loved for its signature design over the past 25 years, appearing in iconic cultural moments such as Sex and the City.
Having made its debut on the runway in September 2022, the Tiffany Blue Fendi Baguette bags are now available at select Fendi boutiques, as well as Fendi and Tiffany & Co.‘s online stores. Prices range from $2,350 USD for the pico iterations, to $5,500 USD for the medium-sized bags.
