Marni to Debut at Paris Fashion Week This September With SS24 Collection

The location? None other than Karl Lagerfeld’s former private residence.

Marni is gearing up to make its debut on the Paris Fashion Week stage this September for its men’s and women’s Spring/Summer 2024 VOL.2 collection. The selected venue holds special significance as a central-city palais once owned by Karl Lagerfeld’s.

For the Italian luxury label, this moment marks another exciting chapter in its global fashion journey. Last year, Marni embarked on its first international venture by presenting the SS23 show beneath New York’s iconic Manhattan Bridge during New York Fashion Week. Building on this momentum, Marni unveiled its Fall/Winter 2023 collection at Tokyo’s Yoyogi National Gymnasium in February of the same year.

Reflecting on this continuous journey, creative director Francesco Risso shared in a press release: “Marni’s journey continues. These departures were never about a destination—so if this season is something of a return—it is not to where we started. It’s to a city well-suited to flaneurs like us. A city where I forgot that I first fell in love and, in being lost, found how to seek.”

Marni’s SS24 runway is set to unfold at the distinguished 51 Rue de l’Université on September 27 at 1:30 p.m. CET.
