Jorja Smith's New Single "Come Over" Is for Sad Girl Fall
Featuring Popcaan, the track arrives with an anime-style video.
Jorja Smith has dropped her latest single “Come Over,” featuring Jamaican dancehall artist Popcaan.
A perfect addition to any “sad girl fall” playlist, the track sees the British artist and her collaborator dueting about an uncertain romance: “I don’t know if you want me to come over/Don’t wanna ask, really I should know better.” The song is accompanied by a brilliantly animated music video, directed by Amber Grace Johnson (with animation direction by Future Power Station studio).
“Come Over” follows the release of “By Any Means,” a ballad that reflects on the Black Lives Matter movement.
