Dior Takes the Cozy Route in New "Chez Moi" Loungewear Collection
Roman artist Pietro Ruffo reworks his emblematic zodiac motifs on the label’s new styles.
After unveiling two comfortable footwear styles earlier this month, Dior has expanded its “Chez Moi” collection. Designed by Maria Grazia Chiuri during the early stages of lockdown, garments in the capsule include a selection of elevated loungewear pieces that celebrate the art of living at home in style.
In collaboration with Pietro Ruffo, designs feature the Roman artist’s emblematic zodiac motifs, which have been redesigned as a world map that links the sky and earth, continents and constellations, as well as flora and fauna. Elsewhere, toile de Jouy, one of the House’s hallmark codes, can be found printed on the pajama sets, delicate bathrobes and snug ponchos. Other standout pieces include the Hooded Anorak made from technical taffeta jacquard and the Marinière Sweater crafted from cashmere and silk.
