Fiorucci and adidas Originals Collaborate on Collection Full of Cartoon Aliens
The duo’s fourth drop together includes an updated Stan Smith.
Italian fashion brand Fiorucci and adidas Originals have joined forces for a fourth collaborative collection, this time re-imagining the iconic Stan Smith sneaker. The range features Fiorucci’s archival alien print at the forefront, applying it to the Stan Smith as well as T-shirts and hoodies.
Other pop art graphics including Roy Lichtenstein-esque cartoons and graffiti-like illustrations arrive on sporty separates and accessories such as a mini backpack. Simpler items including a mesh long-sleeve shirt and leggings are rendered in black with a tonal stitched logo and pops of lime green. In addition to an alien printed on the heel, the updated Stan Smith also boasts Fiorucci logo laces and pink co-branding embossed on the tongue.
The fourth Fiorucci x adidas Originals collection will be available in-store and online starting February 7.
