BENEE Follows up on Her Breakthrough Hit "Supalonely" With Latest Single "Night Garden"
Tapping Bakar and Kenny Beats for the new track.
Having made her breakthrough with TikTok hit “Supalonely,” which accumulated over 1.3 billion streams worldwide, emerging artist BENEE has now dropped her latest single titled “Night Garden.” The New Zealand native tapped Bakar and Kenny Beats this time around to create the new tune.
“Feels like someone’s watching me/A man is out there in the trees/Think that’s the reason I can’t sleep/I see him lurking in my dreams,” the songstress begins atop a catchy beat. In the track produced by Beats, BENEE hums the chorus, “In the night garden, things are out there creeping.” Halfway through the song, Bakar jumps in with his verse: “I walked in the party at 5/She’s still tryna kill my whole vibe/But sun’s coming up/That’s my kryptonite/I wonder if eves coming to the crib tonight.”
In addition to the release, Apple Music has also announced BENEE as its latest monthly Up Next artist, highlighting her success so far and looking forward to what’s to come.
