BLACKPINK's Rosé Drops Anticipated Solo Project 'R' With "On The Ground" Music Video

Following multiple teasers and previews, BLACKPINK‘s Rosé has finally dropped her first-ever solo project dubbed R. The two-track record arrives alongside a music video for “On The Ground.”
Written by the K-pop artist herself, the two songs see a star-studded production roster featuring the likes of TEDDY, Jon Bellion, Jorgen Odegard and Ojivolta, who have worked with Katy Perry, Selena Gomez, Halsey and more. With soulful guitar tunes serving as the background, “On The Ground” reveals an intimate look at Rosé’s message of chasing dreams and ambitions. The accompanying visual captures the Saint Laurent muse in eye-catching looks ranging from a hot pink gown to a dreamy frilled dress. Meanwhile, “GONE” – which was premiered at BLACKPINK’s THE SHOW virtual concert – is a heartfelt ballad where the musician delivers her signature vocals atop a gentle guitar sequence.
