Here's a Closer Look at Crocs x Balenciaga's Heeled Clogs and Knee-High Boots

Revealed on the fashion house’s recent runway.

Apart from deepfake clones and Gucci’s “hackathon,” Balenciaga‘s Spring 2022 runway was spotlighted with a new footwear collaboration with Crocs. Following the initial reveal, the fashion house has now unveiled a closer look at the co-created clogs and boots.

Heeled Crocs are nothing new – the fashion house revealed its Jibbitz-covered take on the “ugly” style back in 2018 following its extra-high platform clogs in 2017. This time around, the shape of the rubber shoe remains like the original, but with an added stiletto heel for an elevated look. Meanwhile, the same rubber material is used to create knee-high boots with Crocs’ perforated silhouette serving as the base.

Peep the latest Crocs x Balenciaga partnership in green, gray and black above. Not much information has been revealed so far but seeing that the duo’s previous collaboration sold for $850 USD a pair, we can expect a similar price range. Stay tuned as we learn more.

While you’re here, read about how Crocs became the ultimate shoe for self-expression.
