BLACKPINK's Lisa Unveils Full Tracklist for Solo Debut, 'LALISA'

Led by a track of the same title.

UPDATE (September 6, 2021): Just less than a week until the official launch, BLACKPINK‘s Lisa has revealed the full tracklist for her solo debut. The upcoming album, titled LALISA, will feature two songs.

The record leads with “LALISA,” written by TEDDY and Bekuh BOOM. The second number, “MONEY,” is also written by the American songwriter alongside THEBLACKLABEL‘s Vince. In the new visual, the K-pop rapper is seen wearing a bike helmet.

Ahead of the release, YG Entertainment commented that Lisa’s solo debut will be filled with “dynamic rhythm and melody, along with powerful rap verses.” LALISA will drop on September 10 at 1 p.m. KST (12 a.m. EST). Peep the video teasers below in the meantime.

UPDATE (September 2, 2021): With just a week left until the anticipated release, BLACKPINK‘s Lisa has unveiled more teasers for her solo debut.

Titled LALISA — which is the K-pop star’s full first name — the album will mark the third solo project for BLACKPINK. The Thai rapper follows the footsteps of her teammates Jennie and Rosé, who released “SOLO” and R, respectively.

In the first video teaser, Lisa appears in a red-tinted visual with long braids and lightning graphics in the background. The musician followed up shortly with a 20-second film in which she dons sequined trousers, a bold chain necklace and bangs. In the most recent video, she swings back and forth on a chain.

Watch all of the teasing visuals above and below. LALISA will drop on September 10 at 1 p.m. KST (12 a.m. EST).

ORIGINAL STORY (August 22, 2021): Following multiple speculations and rumors, YG Entertainment has finally confirmed that BLACKPINK‘s Lisa is set to make her solo debut soon.

“Coming Soon,” the announcement poster reads atop a blurry image of the K-pop star dressed in what looks like a pair of red thigh-high boots. YG Entertainment had previously told HYPEBAE that the musician and CELINE ambassador was shooting a music video for her upcoming release, but has not provided any additional information on her anticipated solo debut.

The drop will mark the third solo project from BLACKPINK, following Jennie and Rosé‘s chart-topping releases “SOLO” and R, respectively. Stay tuned as we learn more details of Lisa’s debut.
