Molly Goddard Launches Ready-to-Wear Bridal Collection
Ready-to-Wear is having its moment.
British designer Molly Goddard launched her first Ready-to-Wear bridal collection to accompany her pre-existing made-to-order and bespoke bridal offerings.
The new collection consists of 11 dresses, each featuring Goddard’s signature shirring and hand-smocking techniques. The collection is available in a range of mini, midi and full length styles. In terms of sizing, the bridal range will be available in sizes 6 to 20.
Made in England for a truly British look and feel, each garment is developed with Italian tulle, taffeta and Spanish cotton voile and come in colors ranging from ivory, blue and coral pink. The range also features a number of accompanying bridal wear pieces, including matching veils, a tulle bolero jacket and a lambswool cardigan for cooler nights.
Goddard’s namesake label launched in 2014, and quickly became known for her ultra-femme silhouettes and creative tulle techniques. Since then, the designer has showcased multiple collections at London Fashion Week, and recently launched a collaboration with footwear brand UGG.
