Kylie Jenner Has Just Trademarked "Rise and Shine"

In the age of the internet, a meme can be born out of nowhere, which is exactly what happened when Kylie Jenner‘s office tour video turned into the global “Rise and Shine” epidemic. If there’s one thing we know is that the Kardashian clan never sleep when it comes to getting the coin, and following the viral video, Kylie Jenner has not only released hoodies with the slogan, she has now also trademarked it.
The trademark appears to be registered as a fashion line, as it covers “belts, pants, coats, dresses, footwear, gloves, headbands, headwear, jackets, loungewear, scarves, sleepwear, socks, swimwear, and undergarments,” in addition to cosmetics. The social media star also trademarked her daughter Stormi‘s name earlier this week, in anticipation of a new cosmetics line.
It remains to see what will come out of the new trademark, but make sure to keep your eyes peeled as any more information surfaces.
