Juicy Couture Debuts K-Pop Inspired "South Korean" Collection
Featuring an all-new rhinestone-bedazzled velour tracksuit, of course.
It’s no question that the Hallyu Wave is still going strong, with K-Pop establishing itself as an entertainment behemoth for fans all across the world. With idol groups such as BLACKPINK performing at Coachella and BTS embarking on their Love Yourself, Speak Yourself: World Tour earlier this year, it has become clear that the influence of K-Pop transcends any international borders. As the latest fashion brand to embrace the trend, Juicy Couture now introduces its latest “South Korean” collection.
Having debuted at a NYFW pop-up earlier this weekend, the latest range includes a slew of new pieces that mirror the brand’s new contemporary direction. Inspired by Juicy’s LA heritage, the upcoming collection highlights pieces such as knit trackpants, denim jackets, leopard print parkas, puffer jackets, graphic sweatshirts and, of course: velour tracksuits with bedazzled rhinestone branding.
