Here's When the Off-White™ x Air Jordan 5 Retro SP "Sail" Is Dropping
It’s sooner than you think.
Back in July, we got to take a closer look at the Off-White™ x Air Jordan 5 Retro SP in “Sail.” After months of teasers, a release date for the highly anticipated silhouette has finally been revealed thanks to Instagram sneaker account @py_rates_.
Featuring Virgil Abloh‘s signature “Ghosting” design theme, the sneaker boasts a striking, translucent cream white TPE deconstructed upper. Hits of red can be found throughout the pair, as seen on the number “23” printed on the lateral and the rubber outsoles. Jordan Brand‘s iconic Jumpman has been embellished onto the 3M reflective tongue, while Nike Air motifs have been added onto the heel. In true Off-White™ fashion, the laces have been emblazoned with the word “SHOELACES” in black. Rounding out the shoe is the plastic zip-tie hangtag arriving in a mustard yellow hue.
The Off-White™ x Air Jordan 5 Retro SP “Sail” will reportedly retail for $225 USD and is rumored to release on October 24, along with a collection of co-branded apparel.
