9 New Models to Watch During the Fashion Week FW20 Shows

With New York Fashion Week kicking off this week, the Fall/Winter 2020 season of Fashion Month has officially commenced. As much as we love witnessing moments to remember as we write the ongoing history of fashion, we also enjoy seeing up and coming talent on the catwalk. Ahead of a hectic couple of weeks, we’ve put together a list of models to watch this season.

Leyla Greiss

First up is Leyla Greiss, an Egyptian-Irish talent signed with IMG Models who has already landed her first cover with Vogue Arabia, along with campaigns for designers like Charlotte Knowles.
Hilda Halilovic
Agency: Wilhelmina
Some of you may recognize Hilda Halilovic, who wallked the runway at Dior‘s Couture show last month. The emerging model has also walked for the luxury house for its Spring/Summer 2020 collection, as well as other designers like Toga, Roksanda and Alexa Chung.
Alva Claire

Alva Claire is another model to look out for. She made a striking appearance on i-D‘s 40th-anniversary issue curated by Rihanna, and was part of the cast of the iconic Savage x Fenty show.
Medea Morton

Medea Morton made her cover debut with AnOther, and was seen on the runway at Rokh, Simone Rocha, Lanvin, Jil Sander, JW Anderson and more.
Sophia Roberts

19-year-old British model Sophia Roberts achieved her career milestone walking Maria Grazia Chiuri‘s Dior show last September. Her most recent shows include Cecilie Bahnsen at Copenhagen Fashion Week.
Caroline Neal

Making her runway debut this season, Caroline Neal is one of the freshest faces in the industry, having signed with Wilhelmina Models just last December.
Lissandra Blanco

Dominican talent Lissandra Blanco is building a strong career, having walked for big names like Prada, Loewe, sacai and Chanel last season.
Dohyun Kim

Hailing from South Korea, Dohyun Kim will be entering the global stage this season. The model boasts a strong portfolio featuring the Korean editions of W, Harper’s Bazaar, Marie Claire and GQ.
Fuyao Li
