Spring is officially in full swing and we’re seeing a number of brands gear up for some of the most anticipated releases. In this week’s BAE Bulletin series, a few collaborations are set to debut ranging from fashion, footwear and beauty.
adidas Originals has teamed up with Ji Won Choi and Olivia O’Blanc once again, combining Choi’s signature striped details with O’Blanc’s utilitarian influences. The Barbie x MAC limited-edition lipstick is set to launch as well, arriving in a universal bubblegum pink shade.

Barbie x MAC Limited-Edition Lipstick

For the latest MAC Maker limited-edition product, the beauty brand has tapped Barbie to create a universal cool-toned, bubblegum pink shade dubbed, “@BarbieStyle.” The matte lipstick arrives in a gold case, packaged in an exclusive hot pink box with gold accents designed by the doll company.

Originally revealed at the sacai Fall/Winter 2020 Men’s show in Paris, the collaborative shoe will be available in two monochromatic colorways. The sneaker features a leather and suede upper, and sports the same layered sole and tongue design as the previous silhouettes.

JW Anderson and UNIQLO have teamed up for the Spring/Summer 2020 season. Dubbed the “British Country Style” collection, the range offers a selection of British-inspired patterns and includes womenswear, menswear and kidswear.
adidas Originals x Ji Won Choi x Olivia O’Blanc Collection

For its latest collection, adidas Originals has tapped two previous collaborators – Ji Won Choi and Olivia O’Blanc – to create “an elevated capsule collection designed for the freethinking and creative woman.” The line features a variety of apparel arriving in red and black hues such as tracksuits and bags, as well as a pair of reimagined adidas Originals Superstar sneakers.

Nike is set to drop an upgraded iteration to its classic Air Jordan 1 High featuring a sporty “Racer Blue” colorway. The Swoosh brand has replaced the traditional Air Sole unit with a full-length Zoom Air cushioning setup. The kicks also feature pearly white leather toe boxes, along with soft grey-toned mudguards, eyestays, heels and midfoot Swooshes for an elegant contrast.
