Here's the Full List of Nominees for the 2020 MTV VMAs
Ariana Grande, Lady Gaga, Billie Eilish and The Weeknd lead this year’s nominations.
MTV has officially announced the nominees for the 2020 Video Music Awards. Leading this year’s list is Ariana Grande and Lady Gaga who have a total of nine nominations each, followed by Billie Eilish and The Weeknd with six each.
“We’re excited to unveil the incredible list of VMA nominees who shaped this year’s unique music landscape and bring fans a show that celebrates the powerful unifying force of music,” said ViacomCBS Media Networks’ President of Music, Music Talent, Programming and Events, Bruce Gillmer. New categories have also been added to this year’s award show including “Best Music Video From Home” and “Best Quarantine Performance.”
Featuring 15 categories, fans can now vote for their favorites until August 23 via MTV’s website, while voting for PUSH’s “Best New Artist” ends on August 30. The 2020 MTV VMAs will take place live from Brooklyn’s Barclays Center on August 30 at 8:00 p.m. EST.
