Selena Gomez Fights Crime in First Trailer for 'Only Murders in the Building'
Watch Gomez, Steve Martin and Martin Short star in Hulu’s first look at the show.
Hulu has revealed the first trailer for Only Murders in the Building, a comedy-drama series about three true crime fanatics — played by Selena Gomez, Steve Martin and Martin Short — living in a luxurious building on New York City’s Upper West Side.
The 10-episode show follows the trio as they team up to solve the grisly death of one of their neighbors. “As they record a podcast of their own to document the case, the three unravel the complex secrets of the building which stretch back years. Perhaps even more explosive are the lies they tell one another,” an official logline reads.
Hulu’s first look at the series gives viewers at peek at the comedic chemistry between Gomez, Martin and Short. The show, which also stars newcomer Aaron Dominguez and Amy Ryan of The Office fame, marks Gomez’s first recurring TV role since her stint as Alex Russo on Wizards of Waverly Place.
Only Murders in the Building hits Hulu on August 31. Watch the trailer above.
