Fendi Women's SS20 Collection Is an Ode to Floral Prints and Intrecciato Workmanship
Its iconic Peekaboo bag gets a hand-woven makeover.
For Spring/Summer 2020, Fendi has unveiled new silhouettes arriving in feminine floral prints and summer-ready hues. Designed by Silvia Venturini Fendi herself, the range also features the latest Peekaboo bag, which highlights the intricate technique of Intrecciato workmanship.
Key pieces in the collection include paper bag shorts, double-buttoned shirt coats, as well as jackets that boast cotton toweling, glazed florals or rich suede material. Pockets and hemlines can be found on honeycomb-toned tulle that creates artful suspensions, while summer fur is bonded onto floral lycra fabric or knitted as a plush check. As for accessories, the Italian fashion house has reworked its iconic Peekaboo with compact raffia, latticework leather and an open weave FF logo toile.
