adidas Originals Releases Eco-Friendly Stan Smith & Superstar Sneakers
Arriving as part of the “Clean Classics” collection.
Adding to its range of eco-friendly kicks featuring the SC Premiere, adidas Originals has now given a sustainable makeover to its classic Superstar and Stan Smith shoes. The new release further adds to the sportswear giant’s sustainability efforts.
Both arriving in minimal styles, the silhouettes arrive in all-white, accompanied by a speckled midsole and green “The Clean Classic” emblem on the tongue. With 70 percent of the upper crafted with recycled materials, the Stan Smith sports perforated stripes on the sides, while the Superstar features its signature jagged branding. Adding to the sustainable aspect of the shoes, the insoles arrive with cork OrthoLite sockliners to finish off the designs.
